Our Solutions

One of our primary initiatives is a professional nanny training program in Chiang Mai for women who have limited access to stable, well-paying employment. We are the first of such program in all of Thailand and working on establishing this as a sustainable business. Participants complete intensive training in child development, infant care, safety, nutrition, professional childcare practices, and basic childcare English. Beyond vocational skills, our goal is to help women build the confidence, stability, and support needed to create a different future for themselves and their families.

We also provide training and coaching in topics like financial literacy, budgeting, healthy relationships, CV writing, interview skills, and workplace etiquette.
