P’Liang Training
Eleeo International’s P’Liang (Nanny) Training Program is a workforce development and economic empowerment initiative designed to equip Thai women with the professional childcare, English-language, and employment-readiness skills needed to secure safe, dignified, and sustainable employment with Thai and international families.
❋ US Nanny Association National Standards
Training combines practical childcare education aligned with best practices set forth by The International Nanny Association and our curriculum.
❋ Certification
Two days of FirstAid and CPR are provided by licensed nurse practitioners providing participants with additional certification.
❋ Investment
At approximately $245 per participant, a relatively modest investment can provide 90 hours of training, professional development, certification, and a pathway toward employment with the potential to meaningfully increase a woman's long-term earning capacity.

Access to marketable skills, safe employment opportunities, increased earning potential, supportive relationships, and greater financial independence can give women more choices and reduce dependence on unsafe or exploitative situations.
