With over 10 years of experience working in anti-trafficking initiatives overseas and in the United States, Kristen’s passion is to see people experience freedom in all aspects of their lives. She is married with one daughter and has two cats.

A leader among her community, Mari is dedicated to improving the lives of children and families in Northern Thailand. A licensed social worker, she is one of the few Thai professionals equipped to navigate the complexities of the lives of the people we work with. Mari also oversees Alpha Renew.

Having grown up in a children’s home after losing both of her parents at a young age, Suwara is passionate about ensuring the safety and well-being of the most at risk children and women. Also a licensed social worker, Suwara oversees all case management for women 18+ in our program.

Currently working on her university degree, Frame assists the team with translation needs and other administrative duties.

Tily supports our B.R.I.D.G.E program by providing child care during group trainings and workshops. She also works with families to identify affordable schooling and childcare options for their children.
